Customer Services Administrator
Our client, a market leading employer in the manufacturing & engineering services sector are now expanding in all areas of business & looking to hire an experienced Customer Services Administrator to joint their team on a permanent basis, so if you're interested, please apply
The role:
Reporting to the CS Manager, the successful candidate will cover a broad remit including receiving and processing sales orders from key corporate & commercial clients, updating price listings & customer data, liaising with production & distribution teams on order status, responding to & resolving customer queries, preparing KPI reports for management teams & other ad-hoc duties as required.
Skills and Experience that we need:
1. 3rd level qualification ideally in business studies or a relevant discipline.
2. 2-3+ years strong customer/client services experience ideally gained in a B2B role.
3. Experience gained in a manufacturing, distribution or shipping focused environment would be an advantage.
4. Excellent communication & inter-personal skills.
5. Strong IT skills, including ERP systems & the Microsoft Office suite.
The Offer:
This is a permanent position with salary depending on candidate skills/experience but expected to range up to 33-36K + pension, health cover (Laya) & other employee benefits & supports.
This role is fully office based 5 days per week in Shannon.
