Salary: €45,000 - 60,000
Overview
We are looking for an early-career Scrum Master to support cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality outcomes using Agile and Scrum practices. This role is ideal for someone with foundational Agile or project delivery experience who wants to grow into a fully established Scrum Master position.
Responsibilities
1. Support and facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives
2. Assist with communication across teams to maintain transparency and alignment
3. Help identify and remove impediments to keep sprints moving smoothly
4. Promote understanding of Agile principles and ensure consistent adherence within the team
5. Build knowledge of Agile terminology, workflows and processes while contributing to delivery
6. Develop basic facilitation, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
7. Support the team in managing competing priorities and maintaining momentum
Requirements
8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
9. Some exposure to Agile, Scrum or project management is an advantage
10. Strong communication and collaboration skills
11. Ability to learn quickly and follow structured processes
12. Comfortable working with multiple priorities and building cross-team relationships
13. Interest in continuous improvement, problem-solving and teamwork
