**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Environmental Health & Safety (QEHS) professional to join our team. As a QEHS Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality, environmental, health, and safety excellence across the organization.
**Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert support to ensure operations comply with certifiable standards, company policies, legal requirements, and customer expectations.
2. Promote and implement best practices and strategies on-site, fostering a proactive and improvement-focused culture.
3. Ensure products meet brand specifications, customer requirements, and health and safety standards.
4. Lead, mentor, and develop team members while supporting audit preparations and maintaining site accreditations.
5. Organize and participate in regular safety and quality team meetings to enhance collaboration and awareness.
6. Collaborate with production and development teams to uphold quality and EHS objectives, conducting tests and compiling customer reports.
7. Define and refine quality procedures in conjunction with operational staff to ensure compliance with standards.
8. Monitor performance through data analysis, producing reports to drive improvements in quality and safety.
**Requirements:
* A degree-level qualification in Health & Safety and Environmental studies is required.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and balance competing priorities.
* A proactive and resourceful approach, with a passion for fostering a positive QEHS culture on-site.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
