You will play a key role in coordinating mechanical and electrical services from design through installation, ensuring seamless integration with project teams and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate all mechanical and electrical elements across large-scale projects.
* Liaise with design teams, subcontractors, and site management to ensure M&E works align with project requirements.
* Review M&E drawings, specifications, and technical submittals for accuracy and compliance.
* Monitor installation progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
* Identify design or installation issues early and work proactively to resolve them.
* Support commissioning activities and assist with final handover documentation.
* Ensure all M&E works adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Requirements
* Degree or technical qualification in Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience as an M&E Coordinator or similar role with a main contractor or building services provider.
* Strong understanding of building services design, installation processes, and industry standards.
* Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage technical information.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
