Property Management Lead
We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our premium property management services. This role requires a proactive, organised and customer-focused individual who can manage day-to-day tasks, coordinate maintenance and lead client communications.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
* • Overseeing the complete management of a portfolio of holiday homes across County Clare
* • Conducting regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, safety and compliance with regulations
* • Coordinating and supervising contractors, cleaners and maintenance teams
