Restaurant Operations Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our luxury resort hotel's restaurant department.
* Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional standards and service delivery to guests.
* Lead and motivate a high-performing team, promoting a positive work environment and fostering employee growth.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or restaurant.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* A strong ability to analyze business data, identify areas for improvement, and implement change.
