Financial Operations Lead
As a key contributor to our finance team, we are seeking an experienced Financial Controller who will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement financial reporting systems to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.
* Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow reporting.
* Provide board-level financial guidance and support.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including quarterly VAT returns and reconciliations.
* Manage day-to-day sales and purchase ledger operations.
* Process monthly payroll and coordinate with external auditors.
Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with previous experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in ERP/SAP/PowerBI software.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
* Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
