Our organization is seeking a strategic leader to spearhead the Dublin Metro project, a groundbreaking infrastructure initiative that will deliver a world-class transportation system for the city.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical expertise in local Health and Safety regulations and experience in leading temporary works designs teams, applying BS 5975 principles, and operating within an Engineering environment.

* Ensuring top-notch safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability, and project compliance standards.
* Implementing effective programme delivery environments, including People, Organisation, Process, Information, and Technology.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrable experience in issuing permits and certificates, and leading temporary works designs teams.
* Experience in applying BS 5975 or equivalent code.
* 10+ years of heavy civils experience, including stations, shafts, and complex urban locations.
* 5+ years of Temporary Works Coordinator experience on major scope equivalent to MetroLink.
* Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
* Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen.
* Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
* Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of projects.
