HR Business Partner
Human Resources - Dublin, Dublin (Hybrid)
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a highly motived, experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Dublin. You will support local business lines, driving local HR initiatives and assist in the roll out of global initiatives to our Dublin office. You will also be the Global HR Business Partner for Equity Business Line at Amundi Group level, with direct responsibility of France Equity team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship building skills, a coaching approach to guide and empower managers and a learning attitude.
Why this role is important to us
This role will partner with a number of departments across our local business to ensure the alignment and implementation of our people strategy and processes. It will also partner with the Equity CIO and his Management Team to provide HR support to the Equity Alpha Platform.
What you will be responsible for
Resourcing & Selection
• Ensure that all roles are filled with high quality candidates through a rigorous selection process in a timely manner.
• Coordinate appropriate approvals in line with company approval process.
• Support line managers in identifying and addressing retention issues and risks.
• Assist in workforce planning to ensure organisational effectiveness
Talent Management
• Support senior managers with identification of talent and successors
• Encourage regular reviews, feedback sessions.
• Empower and support managers in building development plans for their team members
Learning & Development
• Assess and manage the training needs of the business including management development and career development to maintain the talent pipeline and support individual career aspirations as appropriate.
• Promote the use of development plans ensuring key skill-sets match the business strategy
Employee Relations
• Promote a positive employee relations environment providing best practice support and advice to line managers on ER issues. Liaising with local HR teams for Equity Teams outside Dublin, collaborating in respecting the local labour law.
• Anticipate and address employee relations issues and address them promptly.
• Partner with line managers (and local HR teams for Equity outside Dublin) to ensure they have the information and skills required to deal with and resolve issues as they arise.
Performance Management
• Manage the performance appraisal process for your client groups, ensuring that it is meaningful and robust and is used effectively by both managers and employees.
Compensation & Reward
• Partner with Compensation and Reward team to stay informed and have up to date analysis on key remuneration and reward trends both within the asset management and financial sectors.
• Engage Compensation team to ensure remuneration packages are competitive and in line with individual markets.
Projects/Change Management/Ad hoc support
• Manage and be involved in key HR projects, globally & locally.
• Partner with other HR colleagues in designing HR policies and initiatives which fit our business needs and promote a high performance culture.
• Any other duties that may be required to reasonably assist the Head of HR, Divisional HR Manager of Investments, Global and Local HR teams.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience as a HR Business Partner essential
• Previous experience in financial services industry is desirable
• Experience in an international matrixed organization would be a strong advantage
• Knowledge of French Language will be consider an advantage
• Relevant third level qualification (Business, HR)
• Regular travel to Paris will be a requirement for this role.
