Our client, a large professional services firm has instructed us to recruit a Bid Executive to join their busy team. The role is a permanent role and will come with excellent benefits. Previous Bids and Tenders experience is a must.

Salary: €35-45k

Duties
* Working with the bids team and point people in each department to manage the tender process.
* Interact with all departments to gather the information needed to put forward successful bids.
* Finalising layout and formatting of physical and digital bid documents.
* Keeping track of tender opportunities online.
* Monitoring the tender tracking tool
* Involvement in Bid / No Bid decisions.
* Updating InterAction with client pitch information.
* Assisting with other marketing admin duties.
Experience
* 2-3 years’ experience in bids.
* Experience and knowledge of tenders would be beneficial, but not essential, as training will be provided.
* High level of proficiency in MS Office.
* Working knowledge of the Adobe suite would be a plus.
* The ability to work within a team as well as being able to work on your own initiative.
* Excellent time management / project management skills.
