AutoCAD/Revit Technician Dublin €45-55k
Inform3 is recruiting for an AutoCAD/Revit technician to join a global consultancy based Dublin to work on a range of projects for their expanding client base.
The role will suit someone with at least 3 years years experience performing in a similar role who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment both with clients and as part of a dynamic wider team. You will be working on projects across a variety of sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Data Centres and Life Sciences.
Role & Responsibilities
* Producing clear and reliable designs from concept stage through to construction.
* Managing the delivery of BIM/Revit models and CAD documentation of designs, as well as compiling BIM Execution Plans.
* Maintaining the overview of all aspects of development including BIM processes, 2D and 3D designs and coordinating other services to finalising a successful project.
* Preparing technical reports, specification and schedules.
* Contributing to the planning of team workload.
Individual requirements
* Industry relevant degree
* 3 years of experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
* Ability to read and understand construction plans and drawings
* Comfortable working on concurrent projects
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
