Sought after Project Manager
This role seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee residential developments, including housing and multi-storey apartment blocks. Ideal candidates will have a strong Main Contractor / Developer background with extensive experience in residential construction and thorough understanding of legislation.
The successful candidate will represent the team on-site ensuring quality control, compliance with specifications and drawings, and maintaining efficient communication between contractor, design team, stakeholders. Key Responsibilities include
* Act as on-site representative monitoring all construction activities for quality compliance.
* Oversee main contractor's performance ensuring adherence to project timelines budget safety requirements.
* Maintain compliance with BCAR/BCMS regulations ensuring proper documentation implementation.
Knowledge of BCAR/BCMS legislations is desired for this position along with experience working within the industry adhering to health & safety guidelines company standards.Prospective employees should maintain professional relations especially when interacting residents adjacent property owners
