This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Manager to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.What’s on Offer€50,000 - €55,000 depending on experience10% KPI performance bonusYour new role includesManaging all inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including order fulfilment, goods receiving, and dispatch.Overseeing stock management through the company’s Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring all stock movements are accurately recorded.Training and supporting warehouse staff in the effective use of WMS scanning and tracking tools.Leading and developing the warehouse team through clear communication, training, and regular performance reviews.Ensuring equipment, forklifts, and racking are properly maintained and serviced on schedule.Delivery on operational KPIs, including pick rates, order accuracy, and on-time delivery.Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and reduce cost.Experience you need3+ years’ experience in a warehouse or logistics management role, ideally in the construction/ building products industry.Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) – experience with scanning, stock control, and reporting is essential.Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Understanding of Health & Safety standards and compliance requirements.Forklift license and any relevant certificationWhat’s nextApply Now to submit your application and we will be in touch asap for our initial screening.If this role isn’t the perfect match but you\'re interested in similar opportunities, feel free to get in touch
