Who We're Looking For

Minimum Requirements
* Education: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's preferred.
* Background Check: Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and any additional required background checks
* Valid Driver's License: Must meet car insurance eligibility requirements (Minimum of 21 years old, at least 4 years of licensed experience, no driving infractions within last 4 years)
* Physical Requirements: Ability to work on a computer, walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., and navigate stairs
Key Skills & Abilities
* Strong communication skills with families, clients, and staff
* Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and patient under pressure
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite
* Knowledge of clinical and medical terminology (preferred but not required)
Your Role & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
As a Mental Health Technician (Community Coordinator), you'll be a vital part of the treatment process, ensuring that clients receive the care, guidance, and support they need. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Providing Direct Support - Assist clients with daily activities, ensuring a structured and supportive environment
* Transportation & Safety - Safely transport clients to scheduled activities and medical appointments
* Behavioral Observation - Monitor client behavior, document observations, and collaborate with clinical teams
* Medication Support - Work with the nursing team to oversee medication self-administration
* Environment Maintenance - Maintain cleanliness and organization within residential facilities
* Facilitating Group Activities - Lead and document recovery-focused group sessions
* Emergency Response - Adhere to safety protocols, conduct safety drills, and respond to crises as needed
