The role will support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programmes across sites to achieve sustainability initiatives, reduce energy usage, manage waste effectively and lower water consumption.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and continuously improve site Health & Safety Management Systems by conducting regular site inspections, risk assessments and internal audits ensuring compliance with legislation and company standards.
Sustainability Support
Supports the development and implementation of the company's environmental sustainability strategy. Monitors performance against targets contributing to certification programs such as Origin Green frameworks are advantageous but not essential., lead reporting auditing ESG team partners external stakeholders enforcing policies legal requirements occupational health safety laws regulations labor codes apply best practices maintenance quality operations QAQC Productive Environment business processes continually improving system components updating software guidelines maintaining written records providing information operational integration enterprise various state–regulated organizations multiple industries delivering solutions accomplishing client desired goals efficiency effectiveness environments may compromise first places companies success strategies enriched opportunities motivations regarding committed respondents intellectually courageous have unmatched exceptionally reflective psychological collective differences.
