The Opportunity:
We are expanding our team and looking for ambitious, commercially minded graduates to join us as trainee recruiters.
You don't need prior recruitment experience – just drive, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

You'll gain hands-on experience supporting both clients and candidates, with the initial focus likely to be on our temporary and contract desk.
This will give you exposure to a fast-paced area of recruitment, while building the core skills needed for long-term success across multiple markets.
What You'll Learn & Do:
Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates
Identify, attract, and engage top-tier professionals across financial services
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from briefing to offer
Support business development by identifying new client opportunities
Use leading recruitment tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and our internal CRM
Develop expert knowledge of your market and become a go-to resource for clients and candidates
What We're Looking For:
Recent graduate (or someone with 0–2 years' experience) from a business, finance, HR, law, or communications background
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take on responsibility
A genuine interest in recruitment and financial services
Driven, resilient, and motivated by learning and development
