Department: Business Development Reports to: Omnichannel Marketing E-commerce Manager Closing date : 9th April **** Role Overview The E-commerce Omnichannel Marketing Coordinator will support the delivery and growth of Vision Ireland's online retail operations across Shopify and third-party marketplaces.
This role is suited to a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build practical experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online trading.
The role is primarily focused on online trading and product performance, with additional responsibility for supporting digital marketing execution.
The successful candidate will contribute to product listings, website merchandising, campaign support, and performance tracking, while developing a strong understanding of what drives online sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities E-commerce Trading (70%) Create, optimise, and publish product listings across Shopify and resale platforms (eBay, Depop, Vinted, Vestiaire) Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and aligned with best practice (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes) Maintain consistency of product data across all platforms Support inventory updates, stock flow, and bulk uploads Review and improve existing listings to enhance visibility and performance Assist with website merchandising, including collections, categories, and featured products Monitor product performance and highlight slow-moving or high-performing items Support pricing updates, promotions, and relisting of older inventory Digital Marketing Support (30%) Assist in the execution of email campaigns and relevant marketing content Support product selection and coordination for campaigns Ensure alignment between marketing activity and website content Implement basic SEO tasks such as meta descriptions and image alt text Support campaign setup, QA, and scheduling Marketplace Platform Support Apply platform-specific best practices to improve listing visibility and performance Support the use of marketplace tools such as promotions, offers, and relisting Monitor basic performance KPIs including views, clicks, and sales Maintain an active and relevant product catalogue across all channels Customer Experience Website Support Review product pages and identify issues affecting usability or clarity Support improvements to site navigation and product presentation Assist with customer queries where required Ensure content is clear, accurate, and accessible Reporting Support weekly reporting on sales and product performance Track key metrics such as sales, conversion rate, and stock movement Highlight trends and opportunities for improvement Maintain simple trackers using Excel and platform analytics tools This is not an exhaustive list of duties.
