RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
* Room Hire
* To maintain and co-ordinate the bookings diary on a daily basis and computerised version of same.
* Answering telephone calls and enquiries from the public
* Distributing mail
* Maintain and order office supplies
* General office duties including photocopying and replying to emails
* Manage suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
* Process bank deposits
* Reconcile financial statements
* Prepare, send and store invoices
* Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
* Identify and address discrepancies in accounts
* Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
* To update the website and social media accounts
* To assist in the organisation and running of special events which are run in the centre
* To work as part of a team
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
* Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
* Experience with QuickBooks accounting software is desirable but not essential
* Knowledge of Microsoft office
* Good organisational and time-management abilities
* Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
