About the Role:
This position involves leading commercial activities for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) group.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in electronics engineering and excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years' industry experience in an engineering role, with 2+ years' experience in a strategic and/or product marketing role in the semiconductor or energy industry.
* Contribute to the development of BESS segment strategy and influence product and system solution definitions and roadmaps.
* Engage customers and ecosystem partners to build world-class customer relationships.
* Identify system and ecosystem pain points that lead to commercial challenges for our customers.
* Investigate, build, and convert new streams of revenue and business models.
* Drive revenue, gross margin, market share, and other key performance indicators.
* Work closely with sales to drive pipeline growth and convert opportunities into closed deals.
* Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for the business.
* Analyze bill-of-materials, track market trends and dynamics, conduct competitive analysis, set pricing, and generate business reports and forecasts.

Requirements:
* Bachelors' degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
* 8+ years' industry experience in an engineering role, with 2+ years' experience in a strategic and/or product marketing role in the semiconductor or energy industry
* Strong organizational skills and ability to meet schedules
* Demonstrated team player with excellent communication
* Ability to travel for customer and partner meetings as required
