Vickerstock, a leading offsite fabrication company, is seeking a Senior Document Controller to support their expanding project portfolio. This role offers an exciting opportunity for you to shape processes, lead improvements, and develop your career.
This position requires strong document control skills, ideally within construction, engineering, or manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting and training teams on document control systems and possess excellent communication and reporting skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining document control systems and procedures across the business. They will also train project and site teams on document management processes and software, and lead document management for active projects using Viewpoint for Projects (CDE) and Field View.
Additionally, the Senior Document Controller will coordinate document transmittals with clients, ensure accurate information distribution, and report on document control KPIs. They will also support project teams with documentation issues and continuously improve document control procedures to support company growth.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
