Responsibilities:-
* Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Fresh Food Quality: Ensure the highest standards of quality in all fresh food offerings, overseeing preparation, presentation, and adherence to food safety regulations.
* Waste Reduction: Implement strategies to minimise food waste, managing inventory efficiently to optimise freshness and minimise losses.
* Stock Control and Ordering: Maintain accurate stock levels, oversee inventory control procedures, and handle timely and efficient food ordering to meet demand.
* HACCP Compliance: Enforce and uphold HACCP standards throughout food preparation, storage, and service, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
* Menu Innovation: Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus, keeping them fresh, exciting, and in line with customer preferences.
* Cost Management: Work towards achieving cost-effective operations without compromising on food quality, optimising profitability.
