We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Social Care Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will undergo all necessary training and development to excel in the role.
Job Objectives
The Social Care Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team and completing various tasks on a daily basis, including:
* Administrative Support
* Tasks Planning and Allocation
* Health Appointments Booking
* Risk Management Plan Updates
* Daily Planners and Reports
* File Organisation and Maintenance
* Team Meeting Minutes and Incident Reporting
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
* Qualification NFQ level 6 or above in a healthcare or related discipline
* Knowledge of social care or a health-related sector
* Experience 2 years' previous experience in a social care setting or a health-related discipline
* Skills excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
* IT Skills proficiency in MS Office
