About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Relief Café Manager to support the smooth running of our café during managers absences, busy periods, and peak trading times.
This is a hands on leadership role, ideal for someone flexible, organised, and passionate about great food, coffee, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and support the café team
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally
Manage opening and closing procedures
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimise wastage
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are met
Handle cash, tills, and basic admin accurately
