Customer Service Representative Role
This is a role where you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers, providing expert guidance and support for their private health insurance inquiries.
* Manage customer interactions and provide excellent advice on sales and service to our customers.
* Build strong relationships with customers and maintain high engagement to ensure all customer service standards are delivered.
* Meet individual targets and ensure all service levels are met.

* Handling inbound calls from new and existing customers.
* Providing excellent advice on sales and service to our health insurance customers.
* Building a rapport and maintaining a high level of engagement with customers.

Requirements and qualifications for the role include:
* Third-level qualification or 1-2 years experience in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication, influencing and customer service skills.
* High degree of flexibility, with strong team spirit.
* Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation.
Key Qualifications
* Accredited Product Advisor (APA/CIP or Dip PMI) qualification.
* Excellent written and spoken English skills.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
