Key Role: Parts Advisor
Serve customers at the trade counter and support the workshop with timely and accurate parts provision.
* Source required parts using in-house systems and manufacturer information.
* Prepare parts quotations, verify availability, and communicate lead times clearly to customers and colleagues.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate inventory levels, assist with stock audits, and ensure parts are stored correctly according to industry standards.
* Place inventory replenishment orders and special requests with the logistics team; monitor and follow up on back-orders.
Work within a premium brand environment, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the efficiency of a busy dealership.
