Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety in our nursing home. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* To ensure all home policies and clinical standards are fully understood, implemented, and consistently practiced.
* To review and audit nursing documentation to confirm accurate assessments, timely care planning, and appropriate management of residents at higher clinical risk.
* To oversee safe medication management in line with NMBI/An Bord Altranais guidelines, ensure staff competency, support GP/pharmacy liaison, and complete regular MAMS medication audits.
