The initial focus will be managing and optimizing our multinational Contingent Workforce (CW) vendor ecosystem, followed by designing and implementing scalable global procurement processes across all indirect spend categories.
The OpportunityIn this role, you will: Contingent Workforce Sourcing & Management: Lead sourcing, negotiation, and contracting with staffing agencies, MSPs, and freelance platforms worldwide.Develop a structured vendor management program, including KPIs, SLAs, risk assessments, and compliance checks.Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Finance, HR, Legal, and other teams to ensure compliance with worker classification, co-employment, and regional labor laws.Optimize the use of VMS or similar platforms; create dashboards for reporting on spend, vendor performance, and utilization.Conduct business reviews with CW suppliers and internal stakeholders to enhance performance and strategic alignment.Global Indirect Procurement Process Implementation: Design and implement standardized, scalable procurement processes for all indirect categories (e.g., IT, marketing, professional services, facilities, HR).Create procurement policies, templates, and tools to streamline sourcing, contracting, and onboarding.Work closely with functional leads and business partners to ensure adoption and compliance.Promote a "center-led" procurement model balancing global governance with local flexibility.Establish metrics and reporting systems to monitor procurement performance, savings, and value delivery.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.Experience in indirect procurement, especially with contingent workforce management.Proven success in implementing procurement processes or transformation programs across multiple geographies.Deep knowledge of contingent labor models, compliance, and vendor management best practices.Strong project management skills for leading cross-functional initiatives in complex environments.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience working in a multinational or global organization.Familiarity with SOW procurement and outsourcing contracts.Change management or procurement transformation experience.About usLinesight is a successful global project and cost management consultancy known for its innovative approach.
