Design Architect / Graduate Architect – Dublin City Centre
A leading commercial architectural studio in Dublin city is seeking to recruit a creative and design-driven Architect OR talented Graduate Architect to join the team.
They work across a diverse range of project typologies — from large-scale commercial developments to innovative mixed-use, leisure and residential projects.
As a Design Architect, you'll play a key part in conceptual and detailed design development, right through to construction delivery. You'll collaborate closely with the internal team and external consultants to shape projects that are both visually inspiring and meeting clients' expectations.
What you'll do:
* Develop creative, high-quality design concepts and innovative architectural solutions
* Produce detailed design drawings and documentation, ensuring compliance with current planning and building regulations
* Create compelling visual presentations using Adobe creative suite
* Collaborate across all project stages — from planning and design to site coordination and construction
* Present ideas, and contribute to design reviews
* Conduct site visits and inspections to maintain design intent and quality standards
Requirements:
* RIAI / RIBA Registered (preferred), however experienced Graduate Architects with strong creative flair will be considered
* Proficient in Revit and advanced skills in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator for design presentations
* Minimum of 4 years' industry experience working on high-quality projects
* A keen eye for design
* Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations, planning, and construction methodologies is essential
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Must be
eligible to work in Ireland
