What you will do!
Your role will involve raising awareness, driving sales, and enhancing the profile of Diageo's brands within a specific territory. This will be achieved through gaining distribution and achieving secondary displays.
1. Increase distribution and availability within stores.
2. Adhere to a defined retail call file and plan your journey accordingly.
3. Meet and merchandise scheduled deliveries across Dunnes Stores, Supervalu, and Lidl outlets.
4. Deliver and execute objectives and targets set by your line manager.
5. Understand and identify customer needs.
6. Place POS materials in stores post-sell-in agreements for client promotions.
7. Communicate effectively with store management and line managers.
8. Provide regular feedback through verbal communication, electronic, and phone apps.
9. Strive for the highest standards of performance.
10. Maintain CPM and client standards at all times.
11. Participate in regular conference calls to submit feedback and insights.
12. Generate new ideas and improve ways of working.
13. Operate efficiently to complete all tasks effectively.
14. Undertake any other duties as instructed by your line manager.
