About the role
We're now looking for a Part-Time Marketing & Campaign Coordinator to help us run a simple, consistent marketing engine.
This is a delivery-focused role. It's not a Head of Marketing position, and it's not about big brand projects. It is about turning real work, insights, and programmes into clear, consistent communication.
We're a small, established consultancy working with owner-managers, leadership teams, and public-sector–supported programmes across Ireland. Our work spans Lean, digital transformation, sustainability, and people & culture — practical, grounded work that helps businesses run better.
What you'll be doing (20 hours per week)
Content & thought leadership (primary focus)
* Draft and schedule 2–3 LinkedIn posts per week
* Repurpose insights from our client work, workshops, and programmes
* Maintain a consistent tone and narrative across channels
* Light engagement (comments, replies, tagging where appropriate)
Campaign & programme support
* Support workshops, programmes, and events end-to-end:
* Email invitations and reminders
* LinkedIn campaign posts
* Light landing page copy updates
* Post-event follow-ups (attendees and non-attendees)
Email & CRM marketing
* Maintain clean and segmented mailing lists
* Tag contacts after events and campaigns
* Track basic engagement metrics (opens, clicks, registrations)
Design marketing assets (light)
* Create visuals using Canva templates
* Event banners, LinkedIn visuals, simple PDFs
* Light slide polishing (not full deck creation)
Website updates (light)
* Update programme pages
* Upload blogs or articles
* Refresh copy for clarity
* Add testimonials or case snippets
What success looks like
After 2–3 months in the role:
* Marketing activity runs consistently without last-minute scrambling
* Workshops and programmes are promoted in a structured way
* Content reflects real work and real insight
* The company founder's time spent on day-to-day marketing execution is significantly reduced

Location & working arrangement
* Ireland-based (Location within Ireland is flexible)
* Remote-first Hybrid
* 20 hours per week, with flexibility on how those hours are structured
* Occasional in-person coworking days and events as needed
Salary
€33,000 – €37,000 Pro rata (Depending on experience)
