Site Engineer (Precast) – Tullamore
eir business talent are currently partnering with a leading precast concrete manufacturer to recruit an experienced Site Engineer for their operations based in Tullamore. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing company delivering high-quality precast solutions to major civil, utility, and construction projects nationwide.
The Role
Reporting to the Project/Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination, setting out, and quality control of precast concrete installations across multiple projects. You will play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and in accordance with specifications and quality standards.

Requirements
Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
4–5 years’ experience as a Site Engineer (precast or concrete experience preferred)
Strong experience in setting out using Total Stations / GPS equipment
Experience working with precast elements and installation sequencing
Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and QA/QC processes
Proven ability to liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and design/production teams
Strong focus on quality control and health & safety standards
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work on own initiative and manage multiple priorities
