We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Operative with experience in concrete works and shuttering (formwork). The successful candidate will support operations, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to health and safety standards. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete Erect, align, and dismantle shuttering/formwork systems Support skilled tradespeople on-site as required Operate basic hand and power tools safely Maintain a clean and organised work environment Load and unload materials and equipment Follow site drawings and supervisor instructions Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations Report any hazards or issues to site management Requirements Proven experience in concrete works and shuttering/formwork Manual Handling certification Ability to work as part of a team and independently Good physical fitness and stamina Strong work ethic and reliability Basic understanding of construction site practices Shift Morning shift 6am to 3pm Skills: Time management organisation concrete and shuttering works
