THE ROLE|
Working as part of the HR Division, the successful team member will support a wide range of HR tasks and talent management activities. You will report to the Head of HR and have two direct reports. You will collaborate with teams across the business, enhancing all aspects of the employee life cycle and contributing to the company's People and Culture plans.
RESPONSIBILITIES|
* Support the HR function with the implementation and coordination of HR policies & procedures
* Assist with workforce planning and talent management
* Contribute to strategic organizational and cultural change initiatives
* Support Employee Relations matters
* Oversee HR aspects of TUPE and mergers
* Assist with audits, certifications, and awards submissions
* Manage two HR direct reports
REQUIREMENTS|
* Bachelor's Degree in HR
* CIPD qualification (or working towards)
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR roles
* Strong experience in Employee Relations
* Proven success in leading organizational culture initiatives across diverse units
* Experience with HR compliance in mergers and TUPE processes
* Full driving license and ability to travel as needed
