Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in County Kerry, Ireland.
The Job:
* Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to management and colleagues.
* Manage scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail, directing inquiries appropriately.
* Maintain organized records, databases, and filing systems.
* Assist with onboarding of new staff, including setup of IT and supplies.
* Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and prepare agendas.
* Support invoicing, expenses, and purchasing processes.
* Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
Key Skills:
* Previous experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or support role.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy work environment.
