Depending on experience, this role can flex from high-quality execution to owning channel strategy and cross-functional leadership.Your Journey starts hereWhat You'll Do As a CRM SpecialistDeliver high-impact CRM campaigns across email, push and lifecycle journeys from planning and build to testing, launch and post-analysisUse Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CMS platforms to create personalised, brand-aligned customer communications that drive engagement and revenueTranslate campaign performance into actionable insights, refining segmentation, personalisation and testing strategiesPartner with BI, Revenue Enablement and MarTech teams to scale successful experiments and enhance campaign automationAct as the go-to CRM expert within the Trading squad, aligning activity to commercial goals and ensuring smooth cross-team collaborationMaintain high standards of quality and process -> accurate tagging, consistent reporting and continuous improvement to optimise deliveryWhat You'll Bring To The Team3+ years' experience in CRM or digital marketing (ideally within e-commerce or B2C environments)Proven experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and campaign management toolsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into measurable actionsExcellent communication and project management skills, with a collaborative, commercial mindsetBonus points for experience with travel or mobility brands, AMPscript/SQL/HTML, or BI tools such as TableauGo on, give it a goWe know that looking for a new job can feel a bit daunting but don't let a touch of imposter syndrome hold you back.
