Key Responsibilities
* Section Management: Oversee a designated station within the kitchen, ensuring every dish is prepared to perfection.

* Quality Control: Ensure that all ingredients and finished dishes meet our strict quality and hygiene standards.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with sous chefs and other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth, efficient operation.
* Inventory & Cost Control: Assist with stock management, portion control, and minimizing food waste.
* Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative learning environment.
* Compliance: Uphold all safety, health, and sanitation regulations in the kitchen.
Requirements
* Experience: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end hotel or fine dining restaurant.
* Culinary Skills: Strong proficiency in modern cooking techniques, plating, and recipe execution.
