To support growth and expansion we are currently recruiting a full-time Facilities Manager to join team for a manufactory environment in Kikenny Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 8:*****:30/ Hybrid Main duties and responsibilities: Provide strong leadership and build a positive team culture Manage people day-to-day with regular feedback and resource planning Troubleshoot and maintain equipment and plant utilities to high standards Implement strategic engineering goals, KPIs and objectives Oversee Buildings, Plant Equipment, Hard Services Soft Services Attend tier meetings, own facilities actions and close them on time Resolve technical issues promptly to support operations Oversee site procedures, non-conformances and corrective actions Review work orders and carry out preventative maintenance Project manage, coordinate, and supervise third-party contractors Manage shift patterns, holiday cover and overtime Conduct performance reviews and support continuous improvement Keep clients informed and uphold excellent customer service Qualifications and Experience: Third level engineering qualification or senior trades background with experience Experience in tendering for services and project/contract management.
3-5 years' experience in similar role Previous experience in maintenance or facilities within a regulated environment Strong financial, systems and process understanding Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong communication and customer service focus We are looking forward to hearing from you
