Overview:
Due to continued growth and expansion, a vacancy exists within our Pharm Ops Engineering Group for an Engineer to support the Maintenance Strategy. Reporting to the Site Engineering Lead, the incumbent will be a key player in the delivery of the new maintenance strategy.
Requirements
Role:
* Develop preventative maintenance schedules and SLA with vendors
* Ensure correct spare parts available for continuous operation
* Support the development and registration of Equipment and Instrumentation registration on CMMS systems.
* Support of FAT’s, Project walkdowns, Commissioning and Documentation Handover.
* Develop SOP’s and WI for facility
* Support the validation of equipment in particular HVAC and Process Air
* Engineering metrics reporting and action planning.
* Continuous improvement through Digital and MPS (Tier, 8-step problem solving, standardisation etc.)
Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Preferred Competencies and Skills:
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Analytical problem-solving skills.
* Active listening skills and ability to integrate diverse perspectives.
* Timely decision making.
* Ability to respond to changing priorities.
* Experience of working in strongly regulated GMP environment.
