Overview
We are seeking a Sales and Distribution Lead to drive the design, configuration, and rollout of our SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP system. This role is central to ensuring seamless order management, compliance, and customer satisfaction within our pharmaceutical distribution network.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategy & Governance – Establish frameworks for pricing, rebates, order fulfilment, and returns.
* ERP Implementation – Lead the SD workstream of the SAP programme, collaborating with consultants and stakeholders to define processes and integrations.
* Customer Order Management – Ensure GDP/GxP compliance, manage order booking, ATP, delivery scheduling, and returns.
* Stakeholder Engagement – Act as the link between commercial, regulatory, and IT teams; lead workshops and training.
* Operational Excellence – Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and provide insights to finance, logistics, and customer service teams.
* Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA/Cloud ERP, preferably in pharma or CDMO.
* Experience with data governance, CSV, audit readiness, pricing, rebates, and order traceability.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications & Experience
* 3+ years in sales and distribution within manufacturing (pharma experience an advantage).
* Degree in Pharma, IT, or related field (advanced qualifications desirable).
* SAP certification/data governance credentials preferred.
* Familiarity with AI/ML tools for pricing optimisation and analytics.
