Job Overview
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for leading project teams and driving an embedded Health, Safety, and Environment culture.
* Lead all aspects of Project Team functions
* Compile and implement the Project Execution Plan
* Review buildability and identify methods of construction with commercial or programme advantage
* Develop project plans and schedules
You will work closely with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive towards an embedded HS&E culture
* Liaise with project stakeholders
* Prepare contract reports and updates
* Manage site operations and workflow
* Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
A strong background in Engineering disciplines such as Civil, Structural, or Construction Management is necessary along with 5-10 years of experience in a similar role. A degree from a reputable institution would be advantageous.
