Consultancy experience highly desireable.
Understand and document business requirements, translate them into detailed backlogs, and ensure that the delivered solutions meet expectations. In this role, you'll lead high-level meetings, work with other roles to establish effective ways of working, and contribute significantly to the strategic development of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
● Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges
● Translate client needs into
detailed backlogs and user stories
● Collaborate with the engineering team to develop innovative solutions that meet business goals
● Provide support throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet client expectations
● Facilitate both high-level and detailed client meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus
● Plan and lead backlog refinement and other roadmap planning sessions
What We're Looking For
● Proven ability to lead client discoveries, gain insight from other departments and stakeholders, and facilitate strategic decision making
● Experience working in
agile and Scrum-based environments
● Expertise in driving consensus across technical solutions
● Strong skills in creation of backlogs (
Jira or Azure DevOps
), flow chart diagramming, u
ser journey mapping, rapid prototyping and wireframing
● Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to clients and internal teams with a view to help clients prioritise backlogs and focus the development team
● Willingness and ability to mentor junior team members and work across departments to establish collaborative ways of working
