Salary and benefits Hourly rate: €16.92 Car parking Canteen Team environment Responsibilities Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policies Verify supplier bank details and maintain accurate supplier records Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve invoice or payment queries Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to address invoice discrepancies or missing information Support the preparation of payment runs Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry Ensure all documentation is stored securely and meets audit and compliance standards Provide ad-hoc support to the wider Finance team as required Requirements Previous accounts payable experience (essential) Extremely systems savvy with strong IT skills Proficient with Excel Ability to multitask on a daily basis Excellent communication skills INTRASTAT knowledge
