Provide essential administrative support to the legal team, including filing, faxing, photocopying, and other day-to-day tasks.
Draft, prepare, and file legal documents with precision. Ensure the resolution of administrative errors in a timely manner.
Support reporting functionalities by leveraging MS Word and other MS Office Suite applications.
Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth legal operations.
Maintain organized and accessible records to support a high-functioning legal environment.
Skills and Requirements
* Strong working knowledge of MS Word and other MS Office Suite tools.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organizational abilities.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and reporting tasks.
* Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluent in German/Polish
Preferred Qualifications
* Background in litigation or corporate law is highly desirable.
* A highly driven individual who thrives in dynamic and innovative work settings.
* Ability to work independently while supporting the broader goals of a collaborative legal team.
