Clinic Reception Manager – Full Time.
* Lead, support, and line-manage a small team (rotas, daily oversight, onboarding, training)
* Own front-of-house operations: phones, front desk, client flow, and diary control
* Run the diary with precision to support clinicians and minimise missed appointments
* Ensure accuracy across bookings, payments, messages, and client records
* Maintain strict adherence to protocols, policies, confidentiality, and GDPR
* Handle client queries, calmly, professionally, and discreetly
* Maintain exceptional hygiene and presentation standards across all client-facing areas
* Support client education initiatives and events (booking lists, reminders, on-the-day support, follow-up)
* Takes ownership, follows through, and leads by example.

* Demonstrate strong task follow-through: actions completed, and standards maintained
* Support business growth through diary optimisation, rebooking strategy, client retention, and consistent service standards.
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years' experience in a clinic management role - reception environment(medical aesthetics, dermatology, dental, or private healthcare strongly preferred)
* Proven team leadership / senior reception experience.
* Strong time management and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced clinical setting
* Protocol- and process-driven mindset with high attention to detail. A record of
* Excellent written and verbal communication and a professional phone manner
* Calm judgement, discretion, and high confidentiality. Hold your team accountable for strong GDPR standards.
* Genuine interest in skin health, medical aesthetics, and wellbeing
* Strong systems capability (Phorest experience an advantage)
