Maintain customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources.The person in this role needs to be customer centric with an urgency to meet the demands of new and current customers in line with company's goals.Customer Service Representative - Duties and ResponsibilitiesResolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.Ensure top class customer service through excellent communication, problem solving and professional response to our customers.Generate sales by answering product inquiries and recommending suitable products.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Manage large amounts of incoming calls.Monitoring and managing allocated key accounts.Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communicationMeet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotasFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesGo the extra mile to engage customersAssist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchangesAnswer questions about warranties or terms of saleEncourage online ordering where appropriateInform customers of deals and promotionsHandle tickets and respond within the target timeframeMaintain in depth knowledge of company's brand, systems and processes.Liaising with the content team to ensure our customers' questions and needs are being answered online.Working with the accounts team on best practices for order processing returns processing and payment of orders.Experience & Interpersonal Skills:At least 2 years of experience in a customer facing role.Customer orientated with a desire to exceed customers' expectations.Can demonstrate a positive can-do attitude.Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.Hybrid blended working from home model - working from our Newcastle West office / working from home model which allows the candidate to WFH on set days during the week in line with business needs and requirements.Must be able to travel to and work from our Newcastle West office in line with the business needs and requirements.
