We are seeking a skilled Treatment Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team in a modern Transitional Care Step-Down Unit. The successful candidate will work closely with Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services, promoting mobility, function, confidence, and independence in patients recovering from acute illness or injury.
* The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy and have experience working as part of a therapy support team.
* A compassionate patient-centred approach is essential for this role, along with strong communication skills and knowledge of rehabilitation techniques.
