Ensure operational excellence and compliance with all company policies and procedures. Deliver high standards of visual merchandising and presentation in line with brand expectations. Support succession planning through structured team development, training, and regular performance reviews. Liaise with senior management to align the store's objectives with overall business goals. Foster a positive, energetic, and customer-focused culture on the shop floor. Ideal Candidate At least 5 years' experience in a senior retail management role within fashion, lifestyle, or high-street retail. Demonstrated success managing large teams in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret business reports and respond with clear action plans. Skilled in managing change, influencing others, and driving a results-led culture. Approachable, confident, and hands-on leadership style.
