Job Summary:
This is a permanent Hybrid role with full benefits, offering an exciting opportunity to work as a Principal Engineer on the Industrialization team in AMagine. You will be part of a dynamic team that develops technical solutions for innovative products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with technical process owners to drive various technical solutions for current and next-generation products.
2. Interface with cross-functional team members globally to ensure seamless project execution.
3. Lead technical governance, promote lean engineering practices, and implement robust industrialization processes from concept to production.
4. Prioritize cross-functional collaboration, manufacturing technologies, and business systems to achieve continuous improvement.
5. Work closely with manufacturing process owners from DFAM, Additive manufacturing, CNC, Finishing, Inspection, Clean, packaging, labeling, and sterilization to deliver innovative solutions.
6. Develop knowledge platforms on Additively Manufactured Materials, including Metals and Polymers, by providing relevant training and technical direction.
7. Provide business system user requirements to Digital & IT to enable lean, scalable manufacturing solutions.
8. Collaborate with senior technical leaders, engineering, quality, manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, and marketing teams to ensure program success.
9. Independently plan and schedule activities to meet program deliverables and establish continuous improvement programs.
10. Implement business performance metrics, product traceability, and reporting cycles using Power BI and OSI Pi.
11. Manage program interfaces, value stream engineering, and portfolio management to anticipate new product integration into the Production System.
12. Deploy overarching process models, frameworks, and standard work to integrate a system thinking mindset into our business operations.
13. Align product and value stream development roadmaps and surface bottom-up alignment of technology and digital platform development roadmaps.
14. Participate and lead point Kaizen initiatives to support global business development.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Engineering or equivalent degree (Level 8).
2. At least 8 years of experience in a team-based environment.
