Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Office Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing correspondence, data requests, and scheduling meetings across various teams. They will also track financial and HR data, as well as KPI and performance metrics.

Main Responsibilities:

* Organizing and managing correspondence into the relevant departments
* Managing data requests from multiple stakeholders
* NIMS Incident recording and reporting
* Scheduling and coordinating meetings across teams
* Coordinating and tracking Parliamentary Questions (PQs) and Representations (Reps)
* Tracking financial and HR data, and KPI and performance metrics
* Archiving and filing documents

* Professional Knowledge & Experience
* Planning and Managing Resources
* Commitment to Quality Service
* Evaluating Information, Problem Solving & Decision Making
* Team working
* Communication & Interpersonal Skills
