Senior Quantity Surveyor Role Overview
The role of Senior Quantity Surveyor encompasses the full commercial management of construction projects from pre-contract to final account.

Requirements:
* A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is essential.

* Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g. RIAI, NEC, FIDIC) is necessary.
* Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and leadership skills are vital.
* Proficiency in cost management software (e.g. CostX, Buildsoft, Excel) is required.
